- Martin H. Added 2017-10-11★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆On my first visit to this store in Brantford, and when I bought garden water tap, I told the customer service that I might need to change it as I wasn't sure of the length, she kept quiet.
After, I paid and left I found they charged what's called handling fee!!! I came the next day returned everything I bought from this store and they deducted the handling fee plus 20% " restocking fee"!!!
Hit and run business model.
