- Matthew Careswell Added 2017-12-15★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Buses are rarely on schedule. The drivers and supervisors couldn't care less.
The machine inside the terminal never works for updating your passes so you have to wait until the ticket window is open and that's only from 8 or 9 in the morning until 5pm with a ridiculous two hour lunch break. That does nothing for anyone that has to work at 7am.
I missed my connection five times in the last month. Today I was even at the door of my connecting bus but the driver wouldn't open the door. He just looked at me and drove off. The supervisor just shrugged and said they were late.
Most of the time people are stuck at the terminal waiting for their connections while being swarmed with bees and wasps because they never clean the garbages.
Evening and Sunday services are a joke. You're better off to walk or call a cab.
They keep raising the fares but the service doesn't improve. It's disgusting.
